Tuesday, 10:00 to 11:00 am, Level 1 & Continuing Students, Foxhollow Farm, Crestwood
This class is appropriate for beginners and continuing students. In-person. This class meets at Foxhollow Farm 8905 Hwy 329 Crestwood, KY 40014.
Fees
$20 drop-in only, no series option @Foxhollow | Cash, check or Venmo payments are accepted. Cannot accept credit cards at this time.
Helpful Information
Please contact Jeanne before attending your first class.
All props are provided. It’s fine if you prefer to use your own mat.
Wear comfortable clothing. Shorts or yoga tights are preferred so the teacher can see your knees.
Silence your cell phones and do not wear strong fragrances to class.
Come to class on an empty stomach.
Classes are pro-rated if you join mid-series.
