There are two online classes weekly:
Mondays from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Both classes are for all levels.

Yoga is for everyone – all types of people, regardless of physical condition. The practice of yoga gives one strength, stamina, flexibility, and improves balance. The physical attainments correspond with a calmer, quieter mind and a more compassionate and understanding heart. The more you study and practice yoga sincerely, the deeper its effects will be. No effort is wasted!
Iyengar Yoga was named by the students of BKS Iyengar, author of Light on Yoga, and guru to thousands of yoga practitioners. Emphasis is on alignment and sequencing poses to create specific effects. Use of props is common. The student is taught in such a way as to develop the body’s intelligence to act in the asana (pose).
